  Staff was friendly. Got there around 10, 1 hour after opening. I stood outside for about 30 minutes and inside for about 40. Was called up within 5 minutes of sitting down and got everything squared away. Just did name change so wait time after sitting may be different for different situations. Good experience overall.

  This office is cool.. It's the medpro people the one on 4th st. Lie yurs...liers..the asked how son reacts around other kids... They say that's the reason my son son is disabled that I said so...they did not ask me why do i feel my son is disabled...... He just got it last year.... They should already know this they gave it to him so I know it ain't the computers its the workers. Peace.

  Horrible. Been here since 12:30 its now 2:20. Havent havent been called. 1hr outside, 1hr inside wait to window. N last 1hr 30min inside wait.. Stupid slow here
