- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After 18 years of having accounts here, just over 1 transfer their attitude is "why have an account here in the first place?" this is coming from the store manager ROSIE! Called the head office and they also support their faking staff ! Horrible customer service, I would never recommend this bank to anyone because even headquarters do not help you!! Rosie and Kayla your service sucks!! The new branch on Arrowhead and 2nd Street has excellent staff and great service!!By Anand Patel, February 20, 2017
