  I had Binder & Binder as my representatives in a SSDI case that dragged through for almost five years. This is awaiting appeals, refusals, and ultimately a hearing before an ALJ. These delays where in no way Binder & Binders' fault but the slow government process, overloaded calendar, or lack of available judges. There was a few times I became disgusted with the slowness of the process but after calling Binder & Binder and getting some encouragement I stayed the course. My hearing was 06/01/2016 I was nervous, sleepless, and filled with internet horror stories. I was met by a Binder & Binder representative who immediately made me feel confident, comfortable and at ease. I answered all the questions truthfully and as accurate as I was able. My representative made sure I got all I was entitled too. All that time with no income except my spouses who became disabled as well during this time. It was rough and required a lot of hustling to make ends meet. We prevailed at the hearing and I was granted my social security disability. I was glad to have someone to deal with the government for me . Thanks to your staff particularly Ms. Park who was in my corner. I can hardly wait to get a check with my name on it again.
