  Great Lawyer! Paul Shakarian is a great bankruptcy attorney and we are very happy with his work on our case. He took the time to explain the bankruptcy process to me, and was there for me whenever I had questions. He always answered the phone whenever I called, which I think is really important. In fact, he puts his cell phone number on his business card, if you need to get ahold of him after normal business hours. Our bankruptcy case turned out great and I am now debt free!

  Beware, This man is a crook he gave me a price over the phone for 750 to file chapter 7 when I arrived to his office Paul Shakarian and Jason Hedjazi told me the 750 doesn't include filing fees! I was of course shocked and upset they wanted 750 plus filing fees another 335 dollars...I then asked if i would qualify for the fee wavier from the court they said i would have to live under a bridge to qualify... WOW!!! Then we agreed on a price we signed a contract for 900 dollars for his service. I only had the 750 on me at the time, Paul and his partner Jason gave me the spill that i should just pay the 750 now and when i have the rest they will file. I told them i would rather wait until the day were ready to file i will pay then. They then proceeded to tell me that they cant stop wage garnishment on my bank account so it would be wise to pay now!!! They really wanted that 750 that day.. After i filled out the packet and paperwork in there office he needed one last paper from me but i couldn't get this document it was my UD case number. I called back the next morning to let him know that i couldn't get out to LA to get this document I asked him doesn't he have access to that info being my attorney, He then got very upset and told me he is not a private detective and its not his job to get the information!!! After i already gave him a paper from the collection agency from the Reality company i owed money to and i simply thought that was sufficient enough for him to file with, he got very upset that we were going back in forth over this. The fact that i thought that document was good enough for him when he said it wasn't he then acted like a child over the phone wouldn't let me speak i was simply trying to ask why that document was good enough and Paul kept asking me; "are you going to get it or not" "are you going to get it or not" "are you going to get it or not" "are you going to get it or not" i told him i couldn't get it and he said he didn't want to work on my case to come down and get my file, what a huge waste of my time. Paul is a liar, cheat, and very unprofessional!!! BEWARE!!!! You have been warned..
