- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆been in this branch twice in the last week making an attempt to open a corporate business account. twice I and others have waited patiently and frustrated with the long wait time. myself and other customers have simply walked out of the branch due to extended wait times and impersonal branch employees. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Fraud people. I clearly mentioned that I want a card which has zero fees. If there's any annual fee then I don't need Bank of America card. Even then they gave me a card which i was happy assuming it has zero annual fee, but after one month I came to know it has $39 charge as annual fee.
